WDBF on the ground in Lebanon

Everyone
Deserves Better.
We're Making
It Happen.

Humanitarian aid, education, and empowerment for communities in crisis — driven by benevolence, transparency, and the belief that every life matters.

Who We Are

Born from Crisis.
Built on Hope.

We Deserve Better Foundation (WDBF) provides humanitarian aid and life-changing support to communities who need it most. Our work spans two frontlines — the ongoing conflict in Lebanon and long-term development in Nigeria.

Guided by Benevolence, Transparency, and Sustainability — we do it for the children, the women, and everyone who deserves better.

Support Our Work

Benevolence

Compassion drives every decision — on the ground and in the boardroom.

Transparency

Every dollar is accounted for. Donors always know exactly where their generosity goes.

Sustainability

We build systems that outlast our visits — jobs, schools, clean water, lasting change.

Volunteers on the ground in Beirut after the blast
🇱🇧 Lebanon

On the Ground,
Where It Hurts Most.

Since the devastating August 4, 2020 Beirut explosion — and through the escalating war — WDBF has been an unrelenting presence in Lebanon, delivering daily meals, emergency supplies, and medical care to families with nowhere else to turn.

Daily Operations

Kitchen Relief — 2,300 Meals Every Day

Every single day, our team operates community kitchens providing 2,300 hot meals to displaced families and individuals across Lebanon. We prepare, pack, and deliver — directly and personally. No intermediaries. We are the ones in the kitchens, on the streets, and at the doors of those who cannot leave their homes.

Our kitchen operations are a lifeline for the elderly, the sick, mothers with young children, and families displaced by the ongoing conflict who have lost everything.

Essential Supplies

Food & Hygiene Necessities

We assemble and distribute comprehensive care packages combining food staples with critical hygiene supplies — soap, feminine products, diapers, disinfectants, and toiletries. In a crisis, dignity is not a luxury. We make sure families have both the nourishment and the basic care products they need to live with dignity.

Healthcare

Medicine & Medical Care

We supply essential medication for both short and long-term needs, personally fund surgeries, and cover countless medical consultations. Lebanon's healthcare system is under catastrophic strain — we step in where the system cannot, ensuring that illness does not become a death sentence for those without means.

We are on the ground, every day.

Your donation fuels every meal,
every kit, every life saved.

We collaborate with Ahla Fawda — a Beirut-based NGO founded in 2014 and dedicated to community welfare, humanitarian action, and cultural empowerment — on education programs and emergency crisis relief efforts across Lebanon. Barbara Nassar Center

Women's Cancer Awareness Partner

In partnership with the Barbara Nassar Association for Cancer Patient Support — whose mission is that every cancer patient has the right to treatment with dignity — we collaborate on women's cancer awareness initiatives and fund free Pap smear and HPV testing for women in Lebanon. Early detection saves lives. We make sure that cost is never the reason a woman doesn't get tested.
